As a highly skilled Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Quality Unit Support (QUS-LIMS) team at our Visp site. In this challenging and dynamic position, you will oversee the operational support of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), including application support and system administration.
You will collaborate closely with various departments, such as Quality Control (QC), Logistics, Quality Assurance (QA), Information Technology (IT), and Operational Technology (OT). To be successful in this role, you will require strong leadership experience in a GMP-regulated environment and Quality Control (QC).
A key aspect of this position is driving team development through training, mentoring, and performance management. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with data integrity policies in a cGMP-regulated environment.
Responsibilities will include supporting LIMS-related Deviations (DRs), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), Change Requests (CRs), and Investigations (INVs). You will also assist with external audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
Requirements
* University degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Applied Informatics/Computer Science/Bio-/Chemo-Informatics or a related field.
* Proven leadership experience in a managerial or team lead capacity.
* Extensive experience in a GMP-regulated environment and Quality Control (QC).
* Strong ability to influence, drive change, and adapt to evolving business needs.
* Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal).
