Ph3YOUR ROLE /h3 pAs a Consultant in the Life Sciences team, your role will involve supporting our clients in the pharmaceutical industry through innovative strategy projects around digital, future‑proof topics that challenge and transform the status quo. /p ul liWork with cross‑functional teams in life science clients to perform requirements engineering. /li liAnalyze business processes along the pharma value chain and re‑engineer them to be more efficient. /li liCollaborate with lab teams to identify key data sources and develop a robust data strategy for leveraging that data to support business objectives and drive decision‑making. /li liEngage directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that address their unique challenges and goals. /li liPrepare comprehensive documentation and reports that detail findings, recommendations, and implementation plans. /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liYou hold an advanced degree (MSc required, PhD preferred) in a life science or chemistry field, ideally in a quantitative/computational subfield. /li liYou have at least 2 years of professional experience in the fields of consulting, pharmaceuticals, or medtech. /li liYou have familiarity with general principles of drug design and synthesis, and of the clinical trial lifecycle in the pharma, biotech, or medtech industries. /li liYou have a good understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms, as well as systems architecture and data flows. /li liYou have demonstrated interest in the Life Sciences industry and its applications. /li liYou have strong digital literacy, an eye for detail and very good MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel. Programming skills in Python and/or R and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI are beneficial. /li liYou are an excellent communicator with outstanding presentation and moderation skills. /li liYou effectively convey complex problems and solutions to a diverse audience in a clear and engaging manner. /li liYou have excellent command of written and spoken English. Being fluent in German or French is a strong advantage. /li liYou are scientifically rigorous in your thinking and precise in your language, yet you thrive in environments that can be ambiguous where key information may not be available. /li liYou are comfortable with rapid changes in the work environment and can adapt your strategies and approaches to meet evolving project needs and challenges. /li liYour time management skills are well developed.
