We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to support one of the most prestigious sporting events. This role involves working with top sponsors, international federations, and dedicated event teams to ensure seamless brand experiences for partners and fans.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in marketing and events, and hold an advanced degree in marketing, event management or a related field. They will possess strong customer service orientation, excellent organisational skills, and a structured and detail-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities include:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
* Coordinating hospitality and VIP programs
* Liaising with internal teams, including marketing, media, and digital
* Organising and executing sponsor ticketing and VIP Voucher programs
* Planning and executing sub-events related to the IIHF project
* Coordinating re-invoicing processes for partners and sponsors
* Supporting marketing photography projects and official team advertising production
* Participating in on-site implementation of marketing operations during the IIHF WM
This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires calmness under pressure, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple tasks with ease.
The successful candidate will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and fluent in English and German. Ideal candidates will also bring experience in account management and event ticketing.
