Part of the Swatch Group, it has been in business for almost 50 years and is headquartered in Switzerland with affiliates in the U.S.A., Czech Republic and Thailand, employing approximately 700 people worldwide. /p h3Job Description /h3 pSenior business development/sales professional with a strong technical background (BSEE), extensive semiconductor sales, account management and new business development experience. This role is based at our headquarters in Marin/Neuchâtel with no remote or hybrid work possibility. /p pProven track record of successfully selling direct to customers, and through reps distribution channels. /p h3Your Essential Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liField sales and marketing activities for all of EM’s products and customers /li liKPIs: sales revenue and design wins /li liDevelop sales strategies for the territory in alignment with company objectives to achieve growth revenue targets /li liIdentify and develop new customers, market segments and opportunities /li liIdentify, qualify and manage sales channels, reps and distributors /li liEngage with eco‑system partners to bring to the market complete solutions focusing on EM chips /li liAnalyze and understand the competitive landscape and work together with the BUs to adjust the EM positioning, strategy, as well as future product development /li liProvide support to customers from design phase through mass production /li liEstablish and maintain key customer relationships at all levels, including Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, and Management /li liDrive C‑level interaction between EM and customers / eco‑system partners /li liLead the commercial negotiations and drive the execution of development contracts with the different internal and external stakeholders (RD, legal, quality and logistics) /li liTravel as needed for customer engagement and business development /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liExperience selling connectivity and RFID solutions – BLE, Wireless, RFID, NFC, IoT and Sensor applications /li liBusiness development – green field opportunity identification, qualification and design in /li liGood network within the territory, with particular focus on Germany /li liAccount penetration at all levels, including engineering, business management, and purchasing /li liIdentification of key stakeholders and relationship building /li liStrong communication skills, ability to articulate EM’s value proposition in a crisp and concise manner, adapted to the target audience /li liExcellent listener, good understanding of customer organizational dynamics, navigating through the customer platforms systems to maximize sales product fit /li liTechnical sales of proprietary complex solutions at the architecture concept stages /li liComfortable with C‑level and Engineering level interactions /li liUnderstanding of eco‑system sales and engagement with relevant partners /li liAutonomy and initiative, ability to operate remotely and interact effectively across the entire EM organization /li /ul h3Professional Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 10 years of experience in selling technology in the electronics/semiconductor space /li liBackground with ASICs, mixed signal IC’s, BLE, Sensors, NFC, RFID, and wireless is a must /li liEducation: Minimum BSEE or equivalent /li liLanguage skills: German and English are mandatory, French is a plus /li liAbility to prioritize, multi task, and to work with minimal guidance and supervision /li liSelf‑motivated, enthusiastic team player, professional attitude work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, and detail‑oriented /li liStrong communication and networking skills /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent in English and French are mandatory /li liGerman or any other language are an advantage /li /ul h3Job Location /h3 pRue des Sors 3, 2074 Marin, Switzerland (Neuchâtel) /p h3Company Address /h3 pEM Microelectronic-Marin Ltd, Rue des Sors 3, CH-2074 Marin-Epagnier, Switzerland /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
