Job Summary:
Deputy Head of FP&A, with a focus on financial performance management, and outlining improvements on achieving its strategy. This includes day to day performance monitoring, assessing investment choices and driving insights for higher value creation through better where to play choices. Close collaboration with global, regional, country CFOs and key business leaders.
Job Responsibilities:
* Monitoring, measuring and driving the company’s financial and operational performance against agreed targets. Identify and recommend actions to achieve revenue, profit and cash goals.
* Reviewing and analyzing data to generate insights and identify opportunities for improvement. Lead ad hoc analysis to support strategic planning decisions, supporting global business units.
* Lead transformation projects on FPA at company scale, across global and regional teams, finance and IT.
* Leads the Group’s Capital allocation and authorization process including review of largest investment recommendations with the CEO and the CFO.
* Owns and updates investment valuation policy (cost of capital, financial analysis guidelines, etc), Leads the development and review of KPIs over capital allocation, utilization and performance.
* Preparing the group’s annual 5-year business plan including P&L and cashflow and a plan to deliver against its objectives.
* Capable to generate complex analysis across multiple areas, to deal with short term and not necessarily planned deliverables.
Qualifications and Competencies:
* Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics or a related field.
* Has owned P/L and CF as a Finance Manager of a business unit in a multinational environment.
* Demonstrated experience of successfully managing teams and interacting with senior leadership.
* Experience of managing a portfolio of investments, with investment evaluation experience.
* Experience of managing and upgrading FPA systems; knowledge of OneStream is a plus.
* Demonstrated Financial and strategic planning experience at a global level.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to connect different sources of data, combining it with qualitative insights and driving from there the best way forward for the Company
