Inside Sales Account Manager - Mid Market
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team in the Western Switzerland region.
This is a challenging role that requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the Lenovo PC and Smart Device product portfolio.
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and expanding customer relationships with mid-market customers across the entire product portfolio. Your strengths lie in commercial activities on the phone, via video and email, and on-site to successfully manage all sales phases until closing.
Your Responsibilities Include:
* Identify and qualify new customer projects through active telephone calls
* Targeted management of customer relationships with a focus on increasing sales and profits
* Presentation of the full product, service, and solution portfolio taking into account individual customer requirements
* Product selection and configuration according to customer requirements
* Preparation and follow-up of offers including pricing until project completion
* Pipeline management and active contribution in weekly forecast, pipeline, and opportunity management
* Quarterly business activity planning within the assigned customers to achieve targets
* Cooperation with business partners and the Lenovo external service
* Independent processing of customer inquiries and cooperation with international teams
* Documentation and tracking of telephone activities in the CRM system
Your Profile:
* Ideal 1-3 years of experience in IT sales and a high affinity for IT sales on the phone
* Excellent written and spoken German, English, and presentation skills
* Technical knowledge in the area of Workplace, Services, and Server is an advantage
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and Customer Relationship Management
* Rely on your strong relationship-building skills and work independently in a goal-oriented manner
* Strong team player, a high degree of flexibility, independence, proactivity, and the ability to deliver excellent results under time pressure
* You have a comprehensive understanding of sales processes and sales management techniques
