Holding short discovery conversations with interested professionals to explore whether the mentoring environment and Life Design programme are a good mutual fit
Sharing proven frameworks and resources for self-leadership and business development
Working independently while collaborating with an international leadership environment
Contributing to a culture of growth, expansion and professional development
Suitable for professionals who enjoy meaningful conversations and guiding others in their development

Who we are looking for
5+ years of experience in hospitality or leadership roles
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Interest in self-leadership development and mentoring people through profound transformation
