Job Overview
We are seeking a Vertical Marketing Manager for Healthcare to join our SI Building Business Unit Team within our SI S Marketing Unit. This role involves creating marketing strategies and content targeting Buildings customers in the Healthcare industry globally.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop a comprehensive marketing plan for the vertical, including metrics and budget planning, in collaboration with the Vertical Head, Technical Units, Countries, Communications, and peers in Offer Marketing.
* Ensure the plan aligns with the overarching Go-to-Market strategy.
* Articulate the value proposition and strategic narrative, positioning our portfolio for Buildings in the Healthcare industry (e.g., hospitals).
* Lead and design the strategic narrative, guiding demand-generating and Sales teams.
* Ideate and craft battle cards and use cases on real-life customer challenges.
* Create compelling, customer-centric content for digital assets, Sales collateral, whitepapers, event storylines, etc.
* Leverage market, customer, and competitive insights as a basis for your work and conduct research in partnership with the business to create actionable insights.
* Author and orchestrate a marketing strategy that your peers and countries can translate into campaigns and tactics.
* Position Siemens Xcelerator accordingly and identify opportunities for growth, channelling feedback via established workstreams.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline.
* Experience in the Buildings industry and related products, portfolio, and services knowledge is essential.
* At least 7 years of professional experience in B2B Tech Marketing, delivering complex B2B marketing projects on a global scale.
* Ability to translate thought leadership into real customer use cases by understanding both our portfolio, the industry, and customer needs.
* Understanding of concepts, practices, and procedures in the Healthcare business.
* Experience in content creation, customer and marketing research, analysis, vendor/agency management, and good knowledge of state-of-the-art Marketing and Sales concepts, practices, metrics, and procedures.
* Knowledgeable in digital demand generation, working hand-in-hand with partnering teams generating demand.
* Strong communication skills and fluency in English; fluent German is a plus. Additional languages are welcome.
* Reliable partner and team player who delivers results on time and in high quality.
* Flexible Work and experience working with global and remote teams, willing to work in an agile environment.
