Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)
For the team of the Wafer Production Maintenance department at Axetris AG, we are looking for a reliable, committed, and proactive personality as Maintenance Technician.
Your Tasks
* Ensure high system availability and process stability through timely and careful maintenance of production equipment in wafer production.
* Carry out and plan preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of production systems (lithography, wet chemistry, backend, thin film) to ensure high system availability, in cooperation with external partners.
* Responsible for inventory management and spare parts management.
* Work closely with team colleagues and process engineers.
* Assist in improving existing manufacturing processes, actively contributing suggestions for improvement.
* Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance tasks.
* Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards.
Your Profile
* Technical vocational training and additional training in electronics, mechanics, or physics is advantageous.
* Several years of professional experience in maintaining semiconductor production systems, such as lithography, wet chemistry, wafer dicing, P&P, coating technology, or plasma processes.
* Professional experience working in cleanrooms and handling hazardous chemicals or systems involving them.
* Good knowledge of German or English.
