Global Sales Assistant (100%) (f/m/d)
Your daily contribution:
1. Accurate reporting of monthly global order intake and support with quarterly forecasting
2. Creation and maintenance of process documents, workflows, charts, instructions, training materials, and other required supporting documentation
3. Preparation of reports / evaluations using different IT tools
4. Processing of data in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and SAP
5. Processing of global pre-qualification documents as a supplier of reciprocating compressors
6. Processing of order documents for upload into SAP and transfer of orders to the project management department
7. Responsibility for organization and preparation of customer visits and internal events
8. Assisting in preparation of agreements and contracts by following internal regulations
9. Continues support of global Sales Team during pre-order as well as Project Managers during the order execution phase
Ihr Profil:
10. You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience in coordination of Sales related tasks and have at least 5-10 years of experience in a multinational company (preferably in mechanical engineering industry)
11. You have very good MS Office proficiency, user knowledge of SAP R/3 is an advantage
12. Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are essential
13. Your solution-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, high flexibility, and positive perfectionism characterize your way of working
