Job Description
1. Independent execution of analyses on pharmaceutical samples using all qualified analytical instruments available in the laboratory according to GMP regulations and SOP
2. Focus: Microbiological testing of environmental monitoring samples (water, surfaces, air) and non-sterile products
3. Late shift: weekdays approximately 2 PM – 11 PM
4. Weekend: Saturdays + Sundays according to the shift schedule
5. Incoming inspection and recording of sample data and orders
6. Independent documentation of work in protocols or worksheets
7. Entry of test results into our LIMS system
8. Content control (e.g., completeness) of raw data, worksheets, and result entries (Peer Review)
9. Maintenance work (e.g., cleaning, re-qualifications) according to the plan (Metrology)
10. Proper deactivation and disposal of biological waste
11. Participation in GMP-compliant archiving
12. Self-study of assigned documents (e.g., SOP revisions)
13. Support in process optimizations and the continuous development of the site
Qualifications
14. Laboratory technician with a Swiss federal certificate of proficiency or equivalent professional experience in the analytical field under GMP
15. At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a regulated environment (ISO 17025, GLP, ideally GMP)
16. You are a team player, responsible, and reliable
17. High resilience and reliability, even under high workload
18. Willingness to take over our late shift (weekdays approximately 2 PM to 11 PM)
19. Willingness to take over our weekend shift (Saturdays + Sundays according to the shift schedule)
20. Good understanding of IT and Office applications, ideally experience with LIMS systems
21. Very good German and good English skills
