To strengthen its Human Resources department, we are looking for an HR Business Partner.Reporting to the HR Manager, you are the primary HR partner for managers and support them autonomously in managing their teams. You handle and manage the entire employee life cycle, acting as the link between Management, managers, and employees. Your experience allows you to handle sensitive interviews, talent management, advise managers, and ensure the proper functioning of HR processes.Career evolution possibleThis position offers a real perspective for evolution towards an HR Manager function, depending on your autonomy and your ability to support the company's HR challenges.Main tasks and responsibilities- Advise and support managers regarding personnel policy and HR processes.- Manage sensitive interviews autonomously with respectful support.- Manage the entire employee life cycle, including skills development.- Use the ERP for all questions related to human resources.- Foster a healthy and constructive work environment within teams, maintain a dynamic and motivating corporate culture, and promote the company's brand image.Your profile- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial or technical environment.- Excellent mastery of HR processes across the entire life cycle.- Ability to manage complex HR situations with calm, perspective, and confidence.- Ability to create a relationship of trust with various stakeholders.- Mastery of HR tools and an ERP system – Abacus is a plus.- Excellent writing, analytical, listening, and communication skills.- Sense of organization and priorities, proactivity, and strong autonomy while knowing how to work in a team.We offer- A stable, dynamic, useful company strongly anchored in the Lausanne region.- A central and high-impact HR role, close to decision-makers and with real autonomy.- A concrete evolution perspective towards an HR Manager role.- An agile, human, and growing environment.- Attractive salary and social conditions.Does this role correspond to your background and ambitions?
