Our organization seeks a seasoned office professional to manage daily operations, provide executive support, and facilitate communication during a critical transition phase.
Key Responsibilities
* Office Operations & Administration
o Oversee the efficient functioning of office operations.
o Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
o Coordinate facility maintenance and liaise with building management.
* Executive & Team Support
o Offer administrative assistance to senior leadership and teams.
o Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel.
o Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes during the transition.
* Communication & Coordination
o Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
o Support internal communications and ensure timely dissemination of information.
o Help coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and events.
* Project & Transition Support
o Assist with documentation and process updates related to the transition.
o Support change management initiatives and ensure continuity of operations.
o Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams as needed.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in international environments.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Fluency in English; French is an asset.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Terms
Temporary mission with a duration of 3 months.
