The Enterprise Europe organization within Nokia Network Infrastructure is accountable for the business in the Transportation, Energy, Public-Sector, Large Enterprise, Financial Services and Healthcare segments. These are the “non-telco” segments where Nokia Network Infrastructure expand sales and growth significantly.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
* Identify and develop new customers, based on Nokia’s solutions and innovative product portfolio
* Further develop and broaden business with existing customers
* Maintain and manage relationships with new and existing customers and partners
* Become a trusted advisor for our customers
* Understand, anticipate and articulate the trends and needs of the various market segments
* Combines market and competitor awareness to deliver relevant solutions to the customer
* Identify business opportunities and takes responsibility and drives it to win
* Define the best go-to-market per opportunity: Direct or via partners
* Manage the end-to-end sales process, including opportunity management, decision reviews, commercial negotiations in cooperation with the pre-sales and support organizations
* Develop and maintain a solid technical background and understanding of Nokia’s complete portfolio
* Provide regular sales forecasting and visibility into sales activity and deliver to the commitments made to the business
* Meet short and long-term sales targets
Key Skills And Experience
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, business or related field
* Experience in account management, portfolios, solutions and services sales in the telecommunication or IT industry
* Knowledge in selling/marketing with excellent negotiation skills
* Honest and Trustworthy, maintains high standards of personal integrity and demonstrates ethical behavior in all business relationships
* Confident and charismatic interpersonal skills, ability to convince and influence others
* Strive for high standards in customer satisfaction, quality and responsiveness towards customers
* Self-motivator and strong fighting spirit
* Strong business acumen in planning and organizing, information integration, decision-making and ability to achieve results while focusing on the customer requirements and business success
* Experience in CRM tools (CRM / Salesforces.com) for pipeline / funnel management and MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
* Excellent written communication and presentation skills with mother tongue French or German and fluency in French, German and English (business fluent)
* Frequent travel to customers (around 50-75% of time)
* Location: Switzerland – preferably western part
