* Assist users with First- and Second-Level IT support for various issues.

* Document solutions and share knowledge within the team.
Qualifications
* Initial experience in IT support or a completed education in an IT-related field.
* Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
* Strong technical understanding of applications and IT processes.
* Structured, friendly, and helpful working style.
* Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing.
