October 2026 or by arrangement we are looking for a Assistant F&B Manager in permanent employment About the Role The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the Food & Beverage Manager in the daily leadership and smooth operation of all F&B outlets at Gstaad Palace. This is a highly hands-on role with a strong focus on service excellence, team leadership, financial awareness, and flawless guest experiences across restaurants, bars, banqueting, and events. Working closely with Purchasing and Cost Control, the position plays a key role in ensuring operational consistency, efficiency and luxury service standards in line with Leading Hotels of the World (LHW).
