* Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, including global hedge funds, asset managers, pension funds, family offices, banks and brokers
* Locating liquidity for large/less liquid securities
* Communicate trading ideas and precisely interpret investment opinions of Baader research reports to clients; convey relevant market information to clients in a timely manner
* Work very closely with Sales /Sales Trading / Trading colleagues in Munich, London, Frankfurt and New York
* Frequent travel to customers
* Identify new business opportunities and participate in marketing efforts to promote the firm's equity trading offering, including trading-specific conferences
* Bachelor degree or above, preference for finance related major. Finance background would be favorable as would financial field work experience/qualifications
* At least 5 years experience in a similar role at a financial institution
* Knowledge of overall financial markets (cross asset), especially European markets, whilst remaining up-to-date with current affairs
* Strong network of existing clients in Switzerland, ideally local family offices
* Ability to pass regulatory exams
* Experience in market structure, fix infrastructure
* Understanding the client’s investment behaviour and orientation
* Innovative and creative problem solving skills
* Customer-oriented mentality, proactive personality
* A good team player
* Fluent in English and German, and ideally Swiss German
