Junior Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
* Coordinating and executing HR processes including on-boarding and employee relations for shift workers
* Writing and revising HR policies and SOPs to ensure alignment with company strategies and goals
* Staying up to date on HR trends and best practices as well as employment laws and regulations
* Providing reliable and scalable administrative support for HR processes and programs across the company
* Supporting performance management processes and assisting with training and development programs
Profile:
* Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in the HR field
* Completed HR qualification in Switzerland – Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en ressources humaines
* Excellent knowledge of Swiss Labor Law
* Experience working in a production site is a strong advantage
* Strong communication skills being able to manage various stakeholders
* Fluency in English and French is a must, German is an advantage
Requirements:
Start: flexible, 3 months’ notice is ok
Duration: Permanent
Capacity: 5 days per week
On site presence: 3-4 days per week
Location: Switzerland
