Your Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main contact for clients and colleagues on direct tax accounting issues.
* Lead international tax audits in Switzerland, collaborating closely with the assurance team to ensure quality.
* Assist clients in managing and optimizing their tax functions, providing technical insights and innovative solutions.
* Develop expertise in BEPS Pillar 2 and evaluate its tax implications for audit and advisory clients.
* Manage established client accounts with a focus on technical excellence and process improvement.
* Take responsibility for your client portfolio, including resourcing, budgeting, delivery, and growth.
* Support team development through coaching and leadership, fostering a multicultural environment.
Skills and Attributes for Success
* 5 to 7 years of experience in Tax Accounting and/or Tax Audit, preferably in an international setting.
* Strong understanding of accounting and tax reporting, with knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
* Experience in designing tax functions for multinational corporations; familiarity with SOX compliance is a plus.
* Excellent project management skills and an open mindset are essential.
* Analytical thinking combined with effective communication skills.
* Proficiency in English is required; German is advantageous.
