Responsibilities
* Develop and advance analytical, reporting, and control frameworks across global Treasury operations
* Deliver high-quality, decision-relevant management reporting and dashboards
* Enhance the Treasury Performance Framework (KPI / KRI / KVI) to drive continuous improvement in efficiency and risk exposure
* Shape and execute a forward-looking Treasury data strategy in close collaboration with Data Science and Data Engineering
* Design and implement automated reporting tools and scalable data applications
* Oversee monitoring, audit, and compliance processes within Global Treasury

Qualifications
* University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field
* Several years of experience in Treasury Analytics, Financial Controlling, or Risk Management in an international environment
* Strong command of analytical tools and programming languages (Python, R, SQL) as well as Treasury Management Systems and Data Warehouse structures
* Proven experience in developing analytical frameworks, ideally with an automation or digitalization focus
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights for senior management
* Structured mindset, professional confidence, and a strong commitment to quality
* Fluency in English
