Luxury E-Commerce Group based in Geneva, with a focus on the cigar industry, is looking to recruit a Junior E-Commerce Sales Talent to join an exciting and fast-growing E-Commerce team. The ideal candidate will be looking to develop their early career in the E-Commerce arena. We work with customers from all over the world, so a strong sensitivity to international practices is essential.
You will be confident, creative, positive, and passionate about all things internet-related, as well as having an interest in the luxury industry. The ability to work independently is a must. Knowledge of good life products, lifestyle, and the cigar industry is a big plus.
Candidate Requirements
* Languages:
Excellent written and communication skills in both English and French. Proficiency in other languages, such as Mandarin or Chinese, is advantageous.
* Industry Experience:
Background in luxury goods and/or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is highly desirable.
* Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new software packages. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems is a plus.
* E-Commerce Knowledge:
Experience in sales, e-commerce, social media, and online marketing is desirable.
* Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Self-starter with a sense of responsibility and initiative, while being a collaborative team player.
* Creative Aptitude:
Ability to produce engaging content and follow up on performance metrics.
* Problem Solving:
Capable of project development and troubleshooting on a day-to-day basis.
* Customer Focus:
Energetic, proactive, empathetic, and committed to enhancing the customer experience.
* Resilience:
Good work ethic under pressure; stress resilient and adaptable.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of the E-Commerce customer experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Carry out client requests, maintain, and expand the client base, and enhance the platform's e-reputation.
* Collaborate with other departments to coordinate planning, marketing, and platform changes/upgrades.
* Stay updated on advancements and trends in the E-Commerce and luxury sectors.
* Assist in content creation and performance analysis to drive engagement and sales.
