Role
The Supplier Quality Manager ensures supplier compliance and drives continuous improvement across the global supply chain. The role also includes acting as Lead Auditor, ensuring internal processes meet international quality standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement supplier quality strategy with Quality, Operations, and Business Units.
* Ensure supplier quality agreements are established, reviewed, and compliant.
* Lead the SCAR process: root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
* Work with Operations, BU, and Purchasing on supplier selection, qualification, PPAP review, and process change approvals.
* Monitor supplier KPIs and lead improvement projects.
* Own the supplier audit program, applying VDA 6.3 for automotive suppliers.
* Act as Lead Internal Auditor, performing audits, validating corrective actions, and reporting findings.
The Organisation
* Part of the Quality Department, within a team of 9 people.
* Regular collaboration with production operators and technicians.
* No direct reports, but high interaction with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
* Full onboarding and training program provided at headquarters.
* Standard day-shift schedule, Monday to Friday.
Profile
* Engineering degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, or Materials Engineering (Master’s a plus).
* 5–10 years’ experience in supplier quality in electronics, automotive, or industrial sectors.
* Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 19011.
* Familiar with automotive quality tools: FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQP.
* Knowledge of AEC Q100, Jedec, MIL883 standards and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
* Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
* Eligibility requirement: EU/EFTA passport holders only (no work permit support).
* Salary flexibility is very limited.
