Position Summary
As a Sensory & Product Experience Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Coffee Product Team in overseeing the development and enhancement of data platforms and data tools.
In this role, you will facilitate communication between the product and IT team in cross-functional collaboration and lead the way for more accurate and powerful consumer product experience insights. You will enable Nespresso to develop coffee that not only meet but anticipate our customers’ expectations, delivering experiences they will love.
A Day in the Life of a Sensory & Product Experience Data Specialist
Collect, analyze and interpret internal and external SPX data to generate actionable insights that support coffee development and business decisions
Develop and produce regular KPI reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Knime ensuring quality through regular audits, cleansing, and validation
Supervise the development or enhancement of data solutions in alignment with Business needs, IT and external partners
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data management efficiency
Promote the adoption of data solutions through training, documentation, and user support
What will make you successful
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, or a relevant field
Initial experience in building databases, dashboards and reporting, interpreting data and generating valuable insights via PowerBI or similar tools
Experience in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL
Knowledge of CRM or e-commerce environments is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate positively and effectively across functions
Proactive and solution-oriented
Fluent in English, French is a plus
