Store Manager Position Overview
This role encompasses the oversight of 20 retail stores, with a team of around 130 employees. The ideal candidate will possess entrepreneurial spirit and leadership acumen to steer the organization's operations towards growth and success.
* Performance Management: Establish targets for each store, monitor sales indicators, and optimize processes for enhanced profitability.
* Human Resources Development: Motivate and support direct reports, assist in recruitment, and intervene in personnel issues as necessary.
* Inventory Control: Oversee stock and inventory management to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
* Marketing Strategy: Collaborate on marketing activities, manage expenses, and contribute to the development of visual merchandising strategies.
* Retail Expansion: Spearhead the opening of new Swatch Stores and Pop-Up locations, including planning, budgeting, and organizational work.
