Operation of the IT hotline: Receiving, forwarding and resolving internal customer inquiries
Setting up and delivering hardware (desktops, laptops, peripherals)
Software distribution using Microsoft SCCM
Administration in Active Directory (PC, users and authorizations)
Processing mutations (entries, exits, etc.)
Conducting IT trainings
First level support for Avaya telephone system (third party contract existing)
Management of IT inventory (hardware)
Managing licenses
Taking care of the video and audio system in the meeting rooms
Computer science education or equivalent and experience in an IT support environment
Sound knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems
Excellent hardware knowledge
Service-oriented and communicative personality with pleasure in customer contact
Very good knowledge of German
Good knowledge of English
