Overview
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across the company. As part of our central data team, you will collaborate closely with analysts from various Business Units and our data engineering team to ensure we have the highest quality data. Your analytical insights will directly influence the direction of our tools and key company objectives.

What You Will Do
* Design and visualise new KPIs capturing product success and actionable insights able to uncover new opportunities.
* Monitor and Synthesize KPIs to create reports capturing key company and cross-product level insights, challenging the status quo.
* Translate company-level goals into analytical tasks to ensure a data-driven approach.
* Collaborate closely with engineering teams to increase the quality and usability of our data within a privacy-first ecosystem.
* Mentor junior team members on statistical techniques and exploratory data analysis to achieve the right balance of analytical proficiency and business impact.
* Maintain and improve our A/B testing framework within our privacy-first in-house tool used by all data analysts to evaluate and document A/B tests.
* Empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions by developing training sessions on how to use and extract insights from our dashboards.
Job Requirements
* Minimum 6 years' work experience as a Data Analyst with focus on statistics, data exploration and visualisation.
* Solid statistical background and experience in conducting hypothesis testing, A/B analysis and exploratory analysis.
* Ability to work large business concepts into actionable analytical tasks, including handling uncertainty and open-ended problems.
* Excellent knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language, preferably Python.
* Proven track record of prioritizing effectively and working independently in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
* Great communication skills, with the ability to adapt to both technical and non-technical audiences to achieve results.
Bonuses
* Previous experience mentoring team members.
* Hands on experience with Metabase, Clickhouse, Git and Spark.
* Previous experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) products and data privacy applications.
