Description
The Process Engineer will aid in the implementation the HAPS (Haleon Performance System) principles/tools at the site to deliver the Business Strategy, improve Business Performance (Safety, Quality, Service, & Cost), by using a data-driven approach. This role will also play a key role in Project Management and execution of Productivity initiatives that align with the Site goals.
Key responsibilities:
1. Deliver results according Site Strategy on KPI (HSE, QA, Costs)
2. Deliver results according to HAPS standards
3. End to End accountable of their area (line, PU, process)
4. Conducts RCAs for safety & quality events, waste, line balancing, line flow
5. Manage projects

6. # of Annual Projects = 6 to 10
Qualifications and skills
Essential
7. Engineering degree or similar
8. The candidate must have experience in Operational Excellence Systems execution, such as VSM and/or experience in problem-solving techniques (Root Cause Analysis)
9. Business Partner/Interpersonal – The Candidate must have excellent interpersonal and networking skills to enable effective and influential internal communication.
10. IT Skills: MS Office
11. Agility: Capable of working on multiple projects at one time
12. Communication: Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
Preferred
13. Chemical or Industrial engineering degree (Master Degree in Industrial Engineering)
14. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
15. Knowledge of Pharmaceutical and OSHA regulatory training requirements
16. The candidate must have experience in Operational Excellence Systems execution, such as Lean or Six Sigma project management
17. Consumer Orientated/External perspective
18. IT Skills: Power BI, OEE % data collection systems
