You will ensure high-quality releases by embedding robust testing practices throughout the development lifecycle, while also leading QA initiatives, mentoring team members, and continuously improving testing standards and processes leveraging AI tools. /ppYou will collaborate closely with Product team, Designers, Software Engineers and other stakeholders across Swissquote to deliver a reliable, scalable, and high-performing product. /ppbResponsibilities /b /pliDefine, own, and evolve the QA strategy, as well as the technical roadmap for the implementation /liliLead and coordinate QA activities across projects and teams, acting as a reference point for other QA engineers /liliMentor and support QA team members, promoting best practices and continuous learning /liliElaborate, maintain and implement detailed test plans, help define acceptance criteria for different scenarios /liliApply testing methodologies to assure quality of the products along with accessibility tests /liliGather requirements, identify operational improvements area and test cases and develop automation tests /liliCollaborate closely with engineers, product owners, designers, business analysts to build test programs and recommend improvements /liliEstablish and track key quality metrics to guide decisions /liliIdentify gaps in quality processes and lead initiatives to improve product reliability and user experience /liliEvaluate and introduce innovative tools (including AI-powered testing solutions) to improve efficiency and product quality /liliAct as a quality advocate across teams, influencing engineering and product decisions /lippbQualifications /b /p /pli+5 years experience in Software Quality Assurance for mobile (iOS/Android) application testing /liliProven experience in a senior or lead QA role, with ownership of testing strategy and processes /liliProven experience in delivering test frameworks, manual testing and automation testing tools /liliSolid understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) from Agile and DevOps /liliProactive and adaptable to a fast-growing environment /liliHigh attention to detail, including UI/UX quality and consistency cross-platform (Android / iOS) /liliFamiliar with CI/CD integration, Jenkins Pipeline, Android Studio, Xcode, Espresso, Appium, XCUI, Postman, Firebase, SQL/Oracle /liliGood Knowledge of accessibility is a plus /liliFamiliarity with AI-driven testing tools is a strong plus /liliKnowledge and experience with Allure TestOps is a strong plus /liliKnowledge in financial products and banking is a plus /liliFluent in English /li
