For our client in the FMCG sector, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Regional Brand Manager to support international growth. You will lead business development, boost brand visibility, and drive commercial performance across key global markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies aligned with global objectives.
2. Lead market development initiatives, including POS openings and team structure optimization.
3. Coordinate local marketing plans in line with HQ campaigns and manage budgets.
4. Oversee sell-in/sell-out performance, assortment strategy, and sales reporting.
5. Manage distributor relationships and support market expansion.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency.
7. Provide regular market insights and performance updates to senior management.
Profile
8. 5 to 10 years of proven experience in international sales, brand, or retail management.
9. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
10. Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
