Your role

We are strengthening our team with a Community Associate (M/W).


Your tasks

* Front Desk & Customer Management: Greeting customers and guests in our Business Center
* Proactive customer retention, satisfaction, and resulting success within our business center
* Administrative and operational support for our customers with their requests
* General reception activities, such as processing incoming and outgoing mail, supervising the switchboard, and procuring office materials
* Organization and coordination of events and community activities
* Center Management: Quality management and compliance with Regus standards
* Coordinate daily cleaning performance and required center maintenance activities
* Daily routines for opening and closing the business center
* Set up of our office and conference rooms


Your profile

* High self-motivation and performance orientation; flexible and independent work style
* Diplomatic, tactful, and calm when dealing with customer problems and escalations
* Open to challenges and changes (can-do mentality)
* Very good knowledge of German/French and English, both written and spoken
* Successfully completed vocational training; beginners welcome
* Preference to work for and with people
* A well-groomed external appearance is expected
* Strong communication skills and service-oriented approach
* Proficient in MS Office 365
