As our MarTech Communications Lead, you will be the "Voice" of this transformation, crafting the narrative that builds trust, drives adoption, and showcases the value of our digital evolution to senior leaders and affiliates worldwide.## The Opportunity* Own the Narrative: You will design and execute the core transformation story, translating technical milestones and "MarTech-speak" into clear, compelling, and human-centric messages.* Strategic Storytelling: Develop sophisticated content for executive thought leadership, capability narratives, and global program updates.* Multi-Channel Excellence: Manage the full lifecycle of content—from planning and writing to publishing and optimization—across digital channels, gSites, internal social media, and multimedia platforms.* Change Catalyst: Partner with organizational change initiatives to ensure communications are empathetic to the internal reality of our "customers" (affiliates and global functions).* Strategic Advisor: Act as a trusted partner to MarTech leadership, helping them navigate high-visibility announcements, major product milestones, and future roadmaps.## Who You AreYou are a strategic, hands-on communicator who balances editorial judgment with a proactive, delivery-focused mindset. You understand that in a fast-paced program environment, *how* we communicate is just as important as *what* we communicate.* Proven Track Record: 5–7 years in corporate or program communications within a large-scale, global organization (Pharma/Biotech experience is a major plus).* Change Management Expert: Deep experience using communication as a tool to guide people through large-scale technology transformations.* Content Mastery: A strong portfolio of executive comms, newsletters, and digital storytelling. You have a "visual eye" and are highly proficient in Google Workspace (gSite, Slides, Docs).* Organizational Acumen: You understand the complex interplay between global functions, regions, and local affiliates.* VACC Mindset: You embody the Roche leadership principles: Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach.* Education: University Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.* Mobility: Ready to travel globally ~10–15% of the time.You will be part of the AABI function, where data and technology meet business insight.
