While full technical training is provided, your mission will be to ensure an excellent commercial experience for European customers and supporting the full sales cycle:
Act as the main point of contact for customers in your assigned region, ensuring accurate verbal and written communication of all requirements.
Manage inquiries, quotations, and orders, and coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams across Europe and the U.S.
Organise shipments of finished goods to European customers and follow up proactively on delivery status.
Maintain and monitor inventory levels (general, custom, and market stock) and provide recommendations to management.
Navigate strict quality, export compliance, and internal process requirements linked to aerospace‑grade products.
Solve day‑to‑day issues independently, escalating only when needed.
Participate in weekly team meetings, one‑to‑ones, and ongoing coaching sessions with a dedicated local trainer.
Contribute to continuous improvement and special internal projects.
