Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein.
For our client, a Swiss insurance provider, we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join the legal team for a 7‑month assignment in Winterthur.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the legal department as a generalist across various areas of law
* Advise on corporate law, contract law, and labor law matters
* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and contracts
* Assist with legal risk assessments and internal legal inquiries
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel
Experience & Qualifications
* Swiss Master of Law degree (MLaw), Swiss bar exam (Anwaltspatent) strongly preferred
* 2–3 years post‑qualification experience in a similar legal role
* Fluency in German required
* Strong understanding of Swiss corporate, labor and contract law
* Reliable team player with strong communication and analytical skills
