Develop Client Relationship
1. Develop local VIC/VVIC client's network cultivating strong clients' relationships and leveraging Maison hospitality strategy
2. Identify existing VIC/VVIC Clients, propose and align action plan to grow loyalty
3. Evaluate sleeping VIC/VVIC clients with CRM and Boutique in order to re-activate them
4. Apply strategies to develop clients' portfolio, networking and recruiting outside the boutique.
5. Organize and premium client treatments with the approval of/in collaboration with the boutique Management
6. Establish action plans, working with local retail and marketing teams on client's recruitment, engagement, re-activation and up-selling activations
Consistently achieve and ideally exceed the sales target
7. Support high-end ticket objectives by reaching targets
8. Contribute to the sales of exceptional timepieces (Les Cabinotiers, high end masterline references)
9. Deliver an exceptional experience and unique journey to our clients, during and after the purchase, with providing excellence and tailored made service inside or outside the boutique
10. Maintain outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service through each and every touchpoint
Act as a Maison ambassador
11. Strongly contribute to grow Brand's reputation and desirability in local networks.
12. Communicate with passion about the Maison, demonstrating an extensive knowledge of values, codes and history, and strong capacity to tell a story that will resonate with the customer.
13. Demonstrate a broad knowledge of the Maison collections in order to promote the uniqueness of our products and tailoring the approach to the client
14. Participate to all brand events (local and international) as Maison Ambassador inside and outside the boutique, share post clients 'activities/events analyses and reports with management.
Support Boutique Manager on coaching and developing the sales team for the VVIC's network:
15. Support the coaching and training the boutique team on recruiting, developing, engaging, and up-selling
16. Provide and propose activities to the team for entertaining and engaging the VVIC clients (services, traveling, dinning…) outside the boutique
17. Support boutique team on VVIC's proposal, sales' presentation, clienteling activities
Participate to Boutique Operations
18. Roster alignment based on boutique needs and outside appointment with Boutique Manager
19. Support boutique operation daily duties
20. Collaborate and support boutique team in the selling ceremony to increase sales
21. Manage and follow up with Premium Clients' watch care and repairs
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
22. 10 – 12 years' experience in a leadership position, with strong communication and expert sales skills
23. Existing client portfolio and strong experience in cultivating and managing relationships, managing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies
24. Deep knowledge of the luxury environment, including luxury fashion, watchmaking and jewelry brands, trends and client expectations
25. Expertise in ° operations aspects, collegiality and comfortable in a boutique environment
26. You are autonomous, proactive, with an entrepreneurial-minded and a "get-it-done" results-driven attitude, you leverage creativity and agility to achieve your goals
27. You demonstrate a strong sense for etiquette ; Presentation, elegance, audacity, and excellence are part of your DNA
28. Fluent in French & English (another is a plus) with impeccable written and oral communication skills
