Spare Parts Manager Environmental Technology (m/f/d)
Our Environmental Technology team is looking for a motivated colleague who will be responsible for ensuring optimal availability as well as the procurement and management of spare parts for Environmental Technology equipment.
As a family-run Swiss construction machinery dealer, RUBAG is characterized by a 120-year tradition. Since 1904, we have been passionate about selling, renting and repairing construction machinery, containers, trailers and small equipment and are committed to the ongoing development of our range - with the mission of meeting our customers' needs quickly and with individual solutions.
We are looking for a new motivated team member at our location in Grellingen with immediate effect or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility:
* Responsibility for the environmental technology spare parts warehouse
* Responsible for ordering and selling spare parts and accessories for the brands we represent
* Advising our customers (internal and external) on the quality, price and delivery date of our products
* Processing inquiries and orders and ensuring their professional handling
* Order tracking
* Receiving and issuing goods as well as packaging and deployment of spare parts
* Ensuring that important spare parts are always available
* Maintaining spare parts master data in the ERP system
* Identify opportunities for improvement (e.g. costs, stock levels, delivery times)
* Support with maintenance and servicing of the systems
* Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
How you score:
* Completed basic technical or logistics training and several years (at least 5 years) of practical experience in the spare parts warehouse area
* Strong sense of good customer service and service
* Team player, open to new ideas, organizational talent and a strong sense of order
* Independent, structured and precise way of working
* Sound knowledge of SAP and MS Office products
* Very good knowledge of German, other languages an advantage
* Experience in the field of construction, commercial or agricultural machinery is an advantage
