The main focus is to support and ensure the completion and integrity of reporting process and supervise the cost accounting activities:
* Assist internal and external auditors, contribute to document controls related to Sox requirements, quarterly SEC filings;
* Support the monthly financial reporting requests from HQ;
* Assist to perform consolidated BS & PL monthly analysis;
* Perform ad-hoc finance projects and analysis;
* Understand the reason of variances between COGS actual data and COGS forecast data;
* Supervise and support cost accounting activities;
* Verify accurate average costs and standards cost;
* Support to monitor the cost center plan and chart of accounts;
* Support to coordinate with subsidiaries and Accounting Share Service during financial closing process;
Requirements
* A bachelor or master degree in finance.
* 1 to 2 years of experience in finance with experience in accounting and/or consolidation.
* Accounting principles knowledge: USGaap and/or IFRS
* Knowledge of JDEdwards/HFM Hyperion is a plus
* Strong Excel skills.
* Fluency in English.
* Analytical minded, controls oriented, good communication skills and strong team player
