About Us
We at Littau Production specialize in vocational integration & personnel leasing, industrial assembly, food production and packaging, as well as the creation of creative products.
Responsibilities
* Execution and responsibility for assignments from IV offices for integration measures, vocational measures, and job coaching
* Case management including organization and coaching of integration measures
* Guidance and support of clients
* Interdisciplinary collaboration with various specialists (IV, guardians, therapists, social services, relatives, and internal professionals)
* Acquisition of new companies / maintaining existing contacts for internships
* Visits to clients at external workplaces
* Project work and administrative tasks (report writing)
Requirements
* Further training in Supported Employment, Job Coaching, or Work Integration
* Degree in Social Work or Psychology (or comparable qualification)
* Strong knowledge of social security systems (especially IV) and understanding of the Swiss educational landscape
* Experience working with individuals with psychological impairments
* Enjoyment in a bridging role with contacts to various stakeholder groups
* Experience in coaching and enjoyment in advising and moderating
* Excellent communication skills with empathetic approach in working with people
* High self-organization skills, flexibility, and a passion for shaping processes
