About the Role
As District Manager Consumer (m/f/d) in the Fribourg, Bern and Valais region, you will assume a responsible role in which you will make a significant contribution to expanding our market presence and providing excellent customer service.
Tasks / Responsibilities
* As district manager, you will be responsible for turnover and sales in your sales area.
* Your tasks will include acquiring new customers and supporting our existing customers with the aim of expanding our market presence.
* Your responsibilities include providing in-depth support to car dealers, negotiating and planning the product mix and inventory plan.
* You will independently and competently conduct detailed product training sessions, answering all questions. You will also provide reliable support at trade fairs and dealer events, actively participating in them.
Required Qualifications And Professional Experience
Education, Master's degree, other certification
* They have completed commercial or technical training with sound business management knowledge.
* They are proficient in using common MS Office applications, especially data analysis with Excel.
Professional experience (years)
* They already have professional experience in the tire industry or automotive industry.
* Furthermore, they have at least 3 years of experience in field sales.
Language skills
* French as a native language, as well as very good German skills in spoken and written form, are required.
* English skills are an advantage, as English is the company language.
Soft Skills / Behavioral skills
* You are a communicative and skilled negotiator.
* They are very well organized and have an independent working style.
* You have a knack for handling demanding customers with confidence.
* They are motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented.
