For one of our clients, a pharmaceutical company based between Geneva & Lausanne, we are looking for a Team Leader Facility & Maintenance (M/F):
Your Responsibilities:
* Facility & Maintenance Management
* Ensure efficient operation of building systems, utilities, and manufacturing equipment.
* Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
* Manage facility improvement projects (renovation, expansion, new equipment).
* Coordinate subcontracted maintenance activities with internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintenance & Calibration Leadership
* Develop and maintain the site maintenance & calibration plan.
* Ensure timely execution and accurate documentation in the electronic quality system.
* Manage quality records (CAPAs, deviations, change controls).
* Analyze breakdowns and support root cause investigations using the Deming cycle.
* Optimize spare parts inventory.
* Implement and monitor maintenance KPIs.
* Team Leadership
* Supervise, coach, and develop the Maintenance & Calibration team.
* Lead recruitment, performance management, and training activities.
* Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Quality & Regulatory Compliance
* Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and internal Quality Management Systems.
* Maintain readiness for audits and regulatory inspections.
* Stay up to date with regulatory evolutions relevant to the facility and equipment.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Maintenance, Calibration, or related technical fields.
* Strong understanding of ISO, cGMP, GMP-compliant environments.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in cleanroom operations and technical support.
* Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, ERP, MES, eQMS).
* Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to work with complex equipment.
* Fluent in French and English (written & spoken).
* Experience in a leadership role within an FDA-regulated industry.
* Training in Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, MSA, Reliability techniques.
