Your Tasks Financial sparring partner of the Director of Customer Support Business Aviation
Monitor and interpret cost structures, margins, and key performance indicators (KPIs) of Aftermarket products and services (Parts, CrystalCare Program, Digital Aircraft)
Report on global operational performance, including incentive and warranty programs
Provide financial analysis and insights to optimize profitability and to support pricing decisions, business cases for new projects and strategic initiatives
Oversee pricing corrections and ensure compliance with internal pricing policies
Contribute to the development of reliability metrics such as MTBUR (Mean Time Between Unscheduled Removals) and support material planning and forecasting with data-driven insights
With this you convince us Bachelor degree in Finance/Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent experience in business/logistics/maintenance support or material and/or financial planning
Professional experience in cost analysis and/or controlling in engineering/production/maintenance environment
Excellent MS Office, presentation and communication skills, as well as strong dealing with ICT tools, ideally with SAP
Programming skills are advantageous
Fluent in English and German
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and willingness to get to the bottom of topics in detail, can-do personality and willingness to learn
