To complement our team, we are looking for a Conferences and Events (M/F) Work location: Lausanne Type of employment: Permanent Responsibilities You manage and follow up on group, banquet, and reception requests, qualify and process client inquiries (offers, quotes, follow-ups). You organize appointments and inspection visits and promote banquets and events products. You establish, negotiate, and monitor deposits, terms, cut-offs, prepare group summaries and service orders, and ensure internal communication with the various departments. You ensure presence and follow-up during events, welcome and guide clients, manage post-event tasks, handle payments, client feedback, and maintain the database up to date, while ensuring the targeted objectives are met. You have confirmed experience in a 5-star establishment or of similar quality (LHW). You possess excellent communication skills and a developed sense of service. You master sales techniques as well as tools (Opera, MS Office). You are trilingual: French, English, and ideally German. You are organized, meticulous, autonomous, and proactive. You have excellent analytical skills and personal attributes. Internal accommodation Access to quality facilities at a supplementary cost. Requirements: To be able to work in Switzerland, candidates must possess a work permit or meet the legal requirements to obtain a permit.
