The Team
A leading Swiss-based energy infrastructure fund seeks to appoint an Investment Associate to expand its capabilities across Europe. The firm has established itself as a premier investor in energy transition, renewable energy, and critical infrastructure assets.
The fund manages €7bn+ in AUM across two vintages, with a proven track record of identifying and executing value-add opportunities in sustainable energy, digital infrastructure, and environmental assets. The investment team combines deep sector expertise with operational excellence, demonstrating consistent value creation across a diversified portfolio.
The firm is on the cusp of significant growth. The inaugural fund has delivered strong returns, and a second fund is expected to launch imminently, creating immediate demand for deal execution and asset management resources. The successful candidate will work directly with the three co-founders, benefit from meaningful equity ownership early, and drive investment strategy across the firm's core sectors.
This represents a rare opportunity to join a respected, growth-stage infrastructure platform at a pivotal moment.
