Responsibilities
* Technical support of a defined customer base
* Collaboration with customer IT teams and needs assessment for upgrades
* Evaluation of solutions to increase efficiency
* Support in pre- and post-sales as well as second-level support
* Implementation of changes and maintenance work
Qualifications
* IT education
* Initial professional experience, preferably with an IT service provider
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud (Microsoft 365, MS Teams, Azure)
* Driver's license category B
* Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
