We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Scientist to join our expanding R&D team. This role is ideal for a scientist who thrives in a hands‑on, collaborative, and fast paced startup setting and who is eager to take ownership of impactful therapeutic programs.

Technical Expertise
* Deep expertise in bispecific monoclonal antibody (mAb) design, production, purification, and analytical characterization
* Strong hands‑on experience with cell based assays, including but not limited to:
* Cytotoxicity assays
* Reporter assays
* Immunologically functional readouts
* Proven ability to troubleshoot complex experimental challenges and drive scientific innovation
* Experience with SPR affinity analysis is a plus
Education & Experience
* PhD in a relevant life science discipline with 2–3+ years of experience in academia or industry
OR
* Master of Science with 5+ years of experience in academia or industry
Responsibilities
In this role, you will combine scientific leadership with hands‑on laboratory work:
* Lead, coordinate, and manage projects across internal teams and external collaborators
* Drive scientific strategy and ensure high‑quality execution of experimental plans
* Perform hands‑on wet lab work, including molecular design, cell culture, protein expression, purification, and functional assays
* Own projects end‑to‑end, from concept through execution and data interpretation
* Contribute to future team growth, including mentoring and eventually leading scientific staff
* Present data and project updates to internal leadership and external partners
