We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team player to be the friendly voice for our customers and the organizational backbone of our daily operations!
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for our customers via phone. Manage and coordinate order processing from inquiry to delivery
* Handle written communication and correspondence in French and/or German
* Support and execute customer mailings and communication campaigns
* Prepare and maintain stock overviews and inventory reports
* Maintain and update master data with accuracy and care
* Contribute to smooth daily operations through general administrative support
What You’ll Bring
* EFZ (3-year apprenticeship) or equivalent commercial education
* Good written and spoken language skills in French and German (minimum B2 level)
* Confident handling of MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel and Word)
* Experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage
* Structured, independent and reliable way of working
* Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
