Project Manager for Supply Chain Optimization
This role involves overseeing the implementation of a new supply chain planning system. As the project leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The main responsibilities include:
* Leading an interdisciplinary team of professionals from various departments.
* Coordinating with headquarters and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
* Developing and managing project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
* Defining and documenting processes and procedures aligned with global standards and local requirements.
* Serving as the main point of contact for key users, guiding them through the transition and system integration.
* Ensuring all users are well-prepared for the new processes and tools through structured training and communication.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in project management, ideally in supply chain or production environments. Experience with SAP systems, especially in rollout or implementation projects, is also essential. Proven leadership experience in interdisciplinary teams and excellent communication skills in English are also required.
