Enterprise Account Manager
Location: Switzerland
The Role: The Enterprise Accounts Manager will be responsible for developing profitable new business sales within the Midmarket segment of the business. The objective of this role is to create and maintain high-quality working relationships with a broad range of contacts at the accounts. The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for understanding customer strategies to sell Trend solutions to enable and support them.
Responsibilities:
* Create new opportunities (75%) for Trend Micro at accounts, focusing on replacing competitive products and working on renewals. 90% of efforts on Trend Micro customers, 10% on prospects.
* Expand our footprint with existing customers (25%).
* Utilize internal support (e.g., marketing) and self-initiative.
* Leverage external support (e.g., partner network, social media).
* Maintain up-to-date pipeline and forecast reporting systems.
* Attend and present at relevant sales exhibitions, executive business reviews (EBRs), and events.
* Provide timely and accurate reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
You are:
* Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
* Excellent at influencing, negotiation, and relationship building.
* Flexible mindset in a changing environment.
* High level of self-motivation.
* Team player.
You have:
* The ability to utilize all available resources within the team and the Trend Micro channel to optimize customer relationships.
* The ability to motivate customers and channel partners to position Trend Micro as a preferred and trusted business partner.
* Strong presentation skills.
