We are currently recruiting an Assistant to the CFO & Administrative Coordinator based in Le Locle.
We seek a team player with a solution-oriented attitude, capable of remaining calm and focused on priorities in any situation.
Your responsibilities
1. Provide daily support to the CFO in all administrative tasks such as filing, mail and deliveries, calls and correspondence, managing the team calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, managing the agenda, expense reports, and travel arrangements.
2. Coordinate with all relevant departments (Assistant to the CEO, Reception & Hospitality Teams, Internal Services) for visitor reception and onsite hospitality activities.
3. Assist the finance team with:
* Organizing and taking minutes of internal and external meetings
* Preparing documents (e.g., monthly reports), presentations, and following up on tasks
* Executing control activities related to marketing investments and internal control systems (ICS)
* Reviewing and approving internal requests and forms (supplier creation, travel requests, loan forms, marketing forms)
* Validating and tracking expense reports
* Filing and archiving financial documents
1. Participate in ad hoc department projects.
2. Support compliance with group policies and procedures.
Profile
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact diplomatically across all management levels and departments.
* Open-minded, flexible, autonomous, well-organized, and capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Reliable, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Professional requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar international environment (administrative or finance department).
* Interest in financial and administrative topics.
* Experience in coordinating visits, receptions, and events.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Languages
Fluent in French and English (working languages); knowledge of German and additional languages is an asset.
