Your Responsibilities:
* Manage and support the dealer/service partner network in Switzerland in your are of responsibility on all aftersales matters.
* Monitor and improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with company aftersales standards, processes, and KPIs.
* Analyze market and dealer performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
* Support dealers in workshop capacity management, parts supply, warranty handling, and technical problem-solving.
* Lead training initiatives and share best practices with service partners to enhance technical and customer care competence.
* Act as the main escalation point for customer and dealer issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
* Report market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and HQ Aftersales to align strategies and initiatives.
Your Profile:
* At least 5 years of experience in Automotive After Sales experience in Switzerland.
* Academic Degree with specialization in engineering or similar business area.
* Strong knowledge of workshop processes, warranty, and parts operations.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Fluent in English and French, German and Italian will be considered an asset.
* Ability to work independently and travel frequently within Switzerland.
* Hands-on, result oriented, pressure tolerant, do more & talk-less attitude is indispensable.
