Context On behalf of a large-scale client with a complex system, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer to participate in a program that is part of a redesign project for an identity and access management (IAM) system, at the heart of security, performance, and scalability issues. This is in a modern technical environment focused on quality, within teams working in an Agile methodology. Responsibilities - Participate in rewriting an existing system (from Perl to Golang). - Develop and maintain the Angular frontend, including the evolution or redesign of interfaces. - Develop and optimize robust, secure REST APIs. - Integrate and deploy applications in Docker and OpenShift environments. - Contribute to CI/CD and GitOps pipelines, particularly with ArgoCD. - Participate in code reviews, incident analysis, and technology monitoring. - Collaborate with internal teams on architecture, security, and performance topics. - Work in an Agile (SCRUM) methodology. Requirements - Background in software engineering or equivalent (Bachelor level or higher). - Confirmed experience in backend development, particularly in Perl. - Confirmed experience in frontend development with Angular and experience in developing and exposing APIs. - Mastery of Git versioning tools and workflows. - Knowledge of at least one RDBMS (MSSQL, MariaDB or equivalent). - Experience with DevOps environments: Docker, Kubernetes / OpenShift. - Knowledge of GitOps and CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD is a plus). - Understanding IAM challenges: identity and access management (SAML, OpenID, LDAP, Active Directory, MFA). - Strong sensitivity to security, performance, and scalability best practices. Soft Skills - Good communication and teamwork skills, listening ability, and openness to ideas. - Analytical, synthesis, and proactive mindset. - Strong sensitivity to security challenges: C1 level required. - English: professional level (minimum B1).
